Training · Copilot Curriculum
Three levels of Copilot training designed to meet every member where they are — from first awareness to advanced agent building. Self-paced, hands-on, and built around the tools members already use every day.
The Curriculum
AI University is not a one-size-fits-all training. Each level is designed for a specific audience and builds on the one before — so members grow at the pace that's right for them.
The foundation every member needs — regardless of role, function, or technical background. 101 is about building confidence and context, not technical skill. It answers the questions members actually have: What is AI? What is Copilot? How is Haworth using it? What should I know to stay safe and responsible?
The hands-on deep dive. 201 is a full-day, in-person working session where members use Copilot on real Haworth scenarios — not contrived examples. By the end of the day, every attendee has used Copilot to draft, summarize, analyze, and create in the tools they use every day.
For members who have mastered Copilot daily use and are ready to go further — building agents, automating workflows, and helping their departments unlock new value. 301 is also the training track for AI Champions who want to facilitate and coach others.
Where Copilot Lives
Copilot isn't a separate application you have to open. It's embedded in the Microsoft 365 tools Haworth members use every day — which means the learning curve is lower than you think.
Recognition
AI University completion is integrated into Haworth's pin recognition program. Every level you complete earns a designation — and levels 201 and 301 come with visible recognition that travels with you across your Haworth career.
Recognition matters because adoption requires reinforcement. When members see peers with AI University pins, it normalizes AI use and signals that learning is valued — not just expected.
Start where you are
AI University meets you where you are — whether you've never touched Copilot or you're ready to build your first agent. Start with 101. Go from there.
